As I researched what writers need, they told me they were interested in two services:
•Many were looking for an experienced author willing to help them define their own writing process and decide on the publishing options that best fit their project or projects. These writers want a coach.
•Others asked for a published author to read at least part of their manuscript and give them honest feedback as well as publishing suggestions. These writers want a mentor.
The difference between coaching and mentoring:
A coach is someone you trust to ask you questions that lead you to discover, define, and design your writing career. This service is writer focused.
A mentor is someone you trust to direct your writing. This service is manuscript focused.

The Discovery Package is a 4 to 8 week commitment where the writer begins his or her writing and publishing adventure. The Destiny Package is a longer commitment and often includes but is not limited to the following author achievements: Writers find and devote time to writing what matters most to them. They determine their writing process, define success their way, design a marketing plan, and decide on a publishing option.
